Printing roller prints directly onto the lids of the plastic bottles. Due to the direct printing technology onto the plastic products, the cycles of roller rotation must be very accurate. If the diameter of the roller is small or large, ink will not print in the right cycle, therefore it makes the words or stamps lay on the wrong location.
Because of automatic printing technology, rubber rollers should have the correct diameter. The surface must be absolutely flat and smooth so that the words won't be lost when printing onto the lids.
Rubber roller consists of 2 parts: the iron core and the rubber part. Rollers are typically manufactured in molding technology, the mold is required to be smoothly plated,  no flaws and good ingot positioning
