Due
to operating continuously at high speed, sanding rubber rollers are often dynamically
balanced. When making the roller, we have to balance it dynamically before
covering by the rubber.
The
rubber stiffness of the roller usually depends on the position which is used of
the roller.
In
case of rubbing smoothly, the stiffness is very soft, in case of rubbing
roughly, the stiffness is harder
To
increase stickiness and escaping dust of the sanding roller, we should mill
twisted grooves on it
