In production lines of pharmaceutical tablets, silicone
roller is used as the roller to get ink printed directly the words onto the tablet. So in addition to food safety requirements, the roller requires to be very smooth and silicone rubber to be very soft, about 28 to 30 shore. In the middle of the silicone
roller, there are grooves to ramify the drugs running through conveyor. With
this position, it requires high hardness of the silicone.
